or criminal activity. We will respond to any Financial Crimes
Enforcement request about accounts or transactions by immediately
searching our records to determine whether we maintain or have
maintained any account for, or have engaged in any transaction with,
each individual, entity, or organization named in such a request.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy:

The Caveart want to do business only with companies or individuals that
share our standards of integrity and honorable business practices. We
shall carefully assess the integrity of potential customers before
entering into any business relationship. Where we are not satisfied,
their order will be cancelled and reported, funds will be either
refunded or forwarded to relevant local authorities.

 Shipping Policy

SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER
Your shipping charge via DHL is included in the price of each item at a
maximum of USD 60. However, in the rare event that shipping fees exceed
this set maximum limit, we shall notify the buyer.

Note: Our shipping fee does not include any customs fees required by your country. International recipients will be responsible for paying duties and taxes associated with their packages.

Kindly let us know if you need extra shipping insurance other than that which comes with the DHL carriage. It will take about 3 – 6 business
days to deliver to many major markets.

If you are not sure, please ask us for your shipping quote before you place an order. We are happy to assist our customers anytime.

You can also request to print, of the item is printable to avoid shipping charges.

Note: we will not mark any customs forms as gifts. Please do not ask us to mark as gift or no value.

Return and Refund Policy

THE CAVE ART – Return and Refund Policy
Buy with confidence, your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not
happy with your purchase, just let us know within 5 days of receipt.

We will accept a return for credit, exchange or refund. We will refund
your money just for the print, when we receive the return package.

Any returns must be sent to us insured for their full retail value with
original packaging, postage prepaid by returning sender and must be
received in the same condition as sent.

Exceptions:- Framed prints, matted prints, and discounted prints are
sold “AS IS”. Sorry, returns are NOT accepted. When the print, or frame
is sealed completely, we do not open to inspect.
But their prices are already reflected.

However, since we are dealing with delicate prints, we must limit the
timeframe for physical returns and exchange to our location within 10
days from original purchase date.

Payment Policy

Payments are due no later than 10 days from the original purchase date.
Prices and payment are in U.S. dollars for international buyers.

We accept credit card, PayPal and other online payments as seen on our
website.

Once we received confirmation of payment, we will ship your item
promptly in 2-3 business days.
